But? There's always a but. When this is over, can we have a big 'but' moratorium?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Excellent news on the school, Hec!

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

That's terrific, David!

I look more rad than Lutheranism

So for the 19 school days we've got in October it will be $383.80. Which is about a third of what we're currently paying for three days a week of preschool.

Daaaaaaaamn. That is SUCH good news for Family Zmayhem!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Great, Hec and JZ!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

good times.

I have spent all day today on 3 invoices. Yesterday was all day on one invoice. Not such good times. But still something is something and that's better than nothing.

Co-op closing now scheduled for Wednesday.

not your mom's socks.

That's wonderful news for you guys - congratulations JZ, Hec & Matilda!

This weekend I will be co-op teacher's assistant at the monthly free Saturday art classes at HKFan's school, then going to the school's picnic, where I will teach, from the looks of it, an origami craft. All, hopefully, without any more assistance from my medicine cabinet. So hooray, yay origami cups, baskets and (obviously) fortune tellers.

We were hoping to go to Baltimore this weekend, but the thought of being in a car that long makes me nauseous and stabby, so maybe we will chill here.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

It's amazingly good news. We were thrilled at the prospect of paying only $44/day. But now we'll not only be living within our means, but we'll have a bit of discretionary income.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

That is AWESOME news, Hec!!
