Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm not in love with Kalinda's reaction to the new guy, and that's the essence of that for me.

I blinked during The Event and I no longer know what's going on.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

That's pretty impressive, Steph!

Y'know, I'm actually liking Nikita more than I thought I would.

ION, that nail polish swap thing? Is there anyway I can get my name added onto this round? My toenails look nicer than they have in like, EVER, and my hands are growing out pretty decently, too. I have a polish or two I could contribute, and it would be fun to play.

I need an ark. Water coming off the roofs and draining down the alley and street is INSANE. But it may just be I've gotten used to the drought. No water in the basement yet.

Because books.

I need an ark.

God, me too. It's sheeting here.

I was hoping there'd be a cat on the table, in the middle of the chaos, but they wouldn't cooperate.

I need an ark.

God, me too. It's sheeting here.

Man, and it hasn't rained here since, like, 1983. (Or, okay, July-ish, and that's really not an exaggeration. Everyone's damn lawns are dead. I'm expecting tumbleweeds any day now.)

It's been a while here, too, Steph, but I looked at the weather and it's supposed to be utterly gorgeous for the next week, too; I ain't sad.

And you had a cat on the chair.

Who was just on her goddamned porch roof in a goddamned heavy rainstorm at 10 pm, yanking out leaves from the downspout because the roof was leaking due to it being plugged up? Yeah. And I JUST cleaned the roof off last weekend, this is new leaf debris. I should add making sure that roof is sealed to the list. Except it is fine when it isn't you know, full of several gallons of water?

At least it is an outside roof? But has to be remedied before I replace the beadboard, Someday.

(but I still love MY HOUSE. Just glad it is something I can fix. The gurgle and whoosh of water when I cleared the drain was satisfying. As was peering over the edge to see the gush of water come out the spout.)

This morning as I was leaving, I thought ought to check the porch gutter, haven't looked in a bit, and the rain surely brought down more leaves. But I was dressed and pretty and in a morning rush, and I didn't. Sigh. It'll dry.

I know, but it would have been funnier right in the middle of shit.
