Oh, hells no. Shuttle wants to pick me up at 8:30. For a 12:00 flight. That's a lot of boring airport time. I would definitely be taking my laptop with, then.
And cutting my hair the day before.
I am so besides myself with excitement for a four day trip over a month from now. Hello. But I haven't seen her and her family in over two years. Plus, chance of bonus Colin. Over Halloween. Random party might happen.
Dinner out with krav friend went very well. Should have done it sooner, should do it more often, will do it again in a month or too.
I can be social.
Now let's see if I can be asleep...

I am currently doing the backtrack math to see the latest I can get to the airport tomorrow and still not be stressed. Shuttles would not like me.
I've always thought of it as being about a boy too.
Morning, all!
Jilli, I think you should go for the pink and black jacket!
Man, my back. . . why must it hate me so?
I'm staying home. Not being able to step into the shower is a good indication that one should not be out in public.
I want my knees back. Body chemistry is so weird.
When I was in college, we would lie about what time the flight was, because the shuttles always want to pick you up so early. But I wouldn't risk in in LA -- the next pickup could be a million miles away.
So my plan to go to bed early and sleep off my cold didn't work. Couldn't breathe, don't like to sleep on back, no cold meds in the house, etc. So I called out from work, which was really dumb, since I have a ton of meetings I was supposed to go to but not really participate in, so it would have been a relatively easy day. But I feel like crap, so.
Last night was a relative success. I do know I fell asleep. Because I woke up. On the hour, pretty much. But that's so much better than the two nights before, where there was no sensation of waking up at all.
I still do want to cry, though. Which I think is one of the questions on the sleep questionnaire.
