At least you'll actually get some sleep during the sleep study?
That's the goal! Of course, I'll be in a strange bed, with electrodes all over me, trying to go to sleep at least two hours before I normally do (10:30 is too damn early), so I'm hoping having no caffeine and not having too much sleep yesterday will help with that.
Why is it we haven't created a Buffista think tank yet? We're just one venture capitalist short.
They say those seats would be for short flights - two hours or so.
Anywhere I can fly to in 2 hours I can car/train to in 4-5.

Yeah. When you consider the time it takes to get to the airport, go through security, etc. - it makes more sense to not fly.
Not really. It's a two hour flight to DC, but a 13-15 hour drive.
If your saying two hours from home to destination, maybe.
Yeah, a 4-5 hour drive (say NYC-BOS) is an hour flight -- 40 minutes in the air.
Edit: In the air, not in the hair.
Yeah, a direct flight from ATL to BOS is about 2 hours, and it's an 18 hour drive. Even allowing the fact that we live an hour from the airport and check-in, we're waaay ahead flying.
Speaking of air travel, it looks like we all will be going to Annapolis for Thanksgiving. We're talking about an excursion to the Baltimore aquarium - with at least us and my cousin and his 8 and 5 year old daughters. We could also plan some "away from people we are related to" meetup time to improve the overall sanity levels, right? We'll probably have a rental car, so we could even go to DC.
Okay, fair enough. I'd still rather drive 10 hours than spend 2 in one of those seats.
