I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Speaking of NOLA food, apparently the corporate culture at his new place is to go out as an office for 2 hour lunches- today they went to Dominica, one of John Besh's restaurants.

I wasn't feeling great, so I didn't get anything good today, just nibbled at some smoked chicken salad and fried chicken we had in the fridge. Yesterday I had a cochon de lait po'boy at Mahoney's which was a hot mess of awesome.

Our wings are not tired.

javachik - HAHAHA I wish. We edit xml files. Let me just go on record saying that xml is shit for both editing and layout. Why we use it, I do not know.

Interesting! That is a large part of my job (well, my employees'), too. But yeah, we don't use ISI Toolbox for that.

My friends are doing that. Honestly, it's cool with me. I like the idea of buying shares in either tent from REI or a snorkeling expedition. They don't really have much stuff they need, having had a household established for a bit. So I can buy them a bit of fun.

I'll get a really silly, possibly profane, card. And fill it with obnoxious glitter or box it with jellybeans or something weird.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

So when are you going to be ready for visitors, Nora?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

That is a large part of my job

Editing in xml? Seriously? I thought we were the only ones!

That sounds awesome, Nora!

However, the crazy oldschool but not old enough cause then it would be on paper stuff sounds crappy.

El vetica is awesome. I would root for him!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Craigie on Main?

This.

Craigie on Main?

Looks like I have a place to request for my birthday dinner, if I am in Boston!

Oh, and shrift, technically you aren't supposed to bring anything to the wedding, it should be mailed ahead of time. But...
