The Darbcar. I kind of like that. And let's be honest, this is all her fault. Except I already call her the Darb. Could get confusing.

See, I was all worried and confused--I saw your post on FB about "Darb" costing more than anything and I was like "OH NO! Did Darby have to go to the vet??" and didn't see anything else on FB and thought you would've posted here...:) I"m glad to see it's a whole other explanation (...the picture of the car somehow failed to tip me off)

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Yes, why does Darby need a car?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Hah! I thought the pic would be enough of a tipoff. She's been expensive (have to go in for another booster shot on her vacs and she has a cracked tooth that will maybe need to be fixed.) But I was kind of aggravated at the no car thing anyway, and now if I want to see family I can't just jump on the train anymore. Her dog classes are only a mile away but not the most comfortable area to walk home from after class. Plus between her and Grace the logistics of chow and litter with no car and no nearby grocery have been their own PITA.

But she's fine! They're both fine. Life will just be a little more managable now.

brenda, I sometimes tell people I bought a cat a house. Because 3 in the apartment was really a breaking point.

I am nuts. I've been meaning to clear the stupid linden tree leavings from my porch roof for weeks. Just wasn't happening. So I did it just now, when both of my neighbors are out of town and wouldn't hear the thump and call 911.

I survived climbing out onto my porch roof at 11 pm. There's that.

Too late! It's done.

I swear, I AM a night owl. Between wakeup and maybe 2, have to push myself to get anything done. Schedules, plans, etc make it happen. I hit 9 pm? I get shit DONE.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Paging Suzi: can I kill the person on Facebook who just lectured K-bug about making phone calls instead of using Facebook? 'cause that girl has PISSED me right off. Just give me the word and I will punch her in the FACE.

Hours later. We spent the day in Boulder with very little connection to the outside world. Kinda what Kelly needed. When we got home and she read that message, she wrote her a private response. Ya know how I talk about my "nephew", she is his mom. And she acts like she is E's mom too.

But for me, help yourself. She deserves a punch in the face for her attitude.
