We're still working on a plan, but so far it involves being sent to prison and becoming somebody's bitch.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Also, apparently Dustin Hoffman was just in the video store when they were filming, and decided he would be OK being on camera (I watched the commentary).

OK, that is fantastic.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Can I say, I did my first ikea hack today? Yesterday we got a couple of dark planks from the as-is section and bought some capita legs. Drilled them on today, and, voila! Extra desk shelf for Bob for $20. It's similar to this: [link]

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Good god, I love Pacey. It would be so easy for him to be shoving that behind him in a quest to be all SRS BZNS right now (and I saw a recent interview about how ready he was to get off the show at the end), so it's really cool to see him totally indulging himself in his breakthrough role when he's actually in San Diego to promote something completely different.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Totally love the Pacey!

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Pacey won my heart long ago. He transcended the show. I loved Dawson's Creek, but am certainly aware of its flaws. And now that I have seen James VanderBeek do some really good things, as well as Michele Williams (I was aware she was a good actress, her part still sucked), I am even more in awe of how the actor and the character just sort of became one and rose above. Even with the show's creator being Dawson!

The Darbcar. I kind of like that. And let's be honest, this is all her fault. Except I already call her the Darb. Could get confusing.

See, I was all worried and confused--I saw your post on FB about "Darb" costing more than anything and I was like "OH NO! Did Darby have to go to the vet??" and didn't see anything else on FB and thought you would've posted here...:) I"m glad to see it's a whole other explanation (...the picture of the car somehow failed to tip me off)

Yes, why does Darby need a car?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Hah! I thought the pic would be enough of a tipoff. She's been expensive (have to go in for another booster shot on her vacs and she has a cracked tooth that will maybe need to be fixed.) But I was kind of aggravated at the no car thing anyway, and now if I want to see family I can't just jump on the train anymore. Her dog classes are only a mile away but not the most comfortable area to walk home from after class. Plus between her and Grace the logistics of chow and litter with no car and no nearby grocery have been their own PITA.

But she's fine! They're both fine. Life will just be a little more managable now.

brenda, I sometimes tell people I bought a cat a house. Because 3 in the apartment was really a breaking point.
