Now I want a ice cream maker too! But i think I'd get more use out of the soda maker. I want the penguin, but it's more expensive, and I really only want it because I like the glass thing better than the plastic ones.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I had to make sure the store was still open (or had reopened). It is.

Oh, man, they sell cookies online.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Yeah, I might go over there tomorrow.

I'm getting the pig!

java, I ordered the Fountain Jet soda value kit dealie.

And now I might need to get the ice cream maker out of the guest bedroom. Hmmm.

tommy, goodness, I'm glad it wasn't worse but holy crap. You might want to at least take something for inflammation before bed. Maybe try to give yourself some extra time since you may be moving very slowly when you first get out of bed tomorrow.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Another box packed. This one of lots of little stuff that would be easy to put off getting packed. Plus some delicate things that needed to be padded and in a box inside the big box. One of my bedroom closets is completely empty.

My trial run of packing my backpack for the flight home is pretty much done. I think I will be able to get my clothes, mac's clothes, purse stuff, and a couple of activity items in there. We left some clothes with my parents when we were there in April, so I shouldn't need to take much to cover a week or two. Plus we can wash, so I am thinking only 4 days worth each.

Oh! He's coming to New Orleans for Tales of the Cocktail.

And now I might need to get the ice cream maker out of the guest bedroom.

Mmm, now I want to stay in Nicole's guest room! Sounds like a great amenity there.

Our wings are not tired.

And now I wanna go to Oregon, New Orleans and Nicole's guest bedroom.

megan and I are going to Oregon, but not all the way to Portland (we're going to Ashland). Drat!

You, dear Nora, are always welcome. ETA - and java, too!

The guest bedroom is currently where all of the medium and large (and not used often enough) kitchen appliances reside. We'd probably at least move them off of the bed in there so you could have a place to sleep.

Does anyone else play sneezies on iphone and compare it to a plague that spreads through sneezing? And then ponder how quickly one little sneeze can spread to so many innocents and wipe everyone out in a short period of time? And then consider the possibility that the only reason the little sneezie blobs are smiling after they sneeze is because even though they can't talk, they're thinking, "braaaaiiinnnns"?

Just me?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oh! He's coming to New Orleans for Tales of the Cocktail.

Go. Just go. He's delightful. And smart as hell.

but not all the way to Portland (we're going to Ashland). Drat!

Totally drat. But Ashland is really lovely. I cannot recall if you are a wine drinker but there are some really neat wineries near there too. If you want, I can virtual tour guide you. (Uncle lives down there...)
