Poor Loki!
Kat, since you only need a bed for guests on occasion, maybe an aerobed?
Well, it's easier to get something that the twins can later use, especially Grace. I found one for $40 so I might be okay and cheaper than aerobed.
Martha Speaks -- a vocab show about a talking dog. It's cute!
My Tivo records that all the time. I have no idea why.
GA: that was a lot of tenseness, just to get rid of the Mercy West kids. I'm glad they let Avery stay though. I like him.
I'm going to bed and Loki dons his invisibility cloak. Cue 30 frantic minutes that end up with me walking the block going lokislokislokis and then I come inside and he's staring at me quizzically, the shit. I tore the house apart. I called. A lot. He was curled up somewhere. Not the same somewhere as last.
Agreed, Lee! Also, about him, I hope they follow up on the him and Christina tension--make that a counterpart to the whole stupid Teddy/Owen thing...
Am crossing my fingers that the latest possibility of a friend-of-friend roommate works out. She's going to come check out the place.
Mom is in town while Bob takes yet another international trip (apparently Kant scholarship requires way more intl travel than expected). At her laptop she's complaining wile puzzled. "This article doesn't make any sense!" I look over and recognize the source. "Mom, that's from The Onion!" "Oh! No wonder it was so confusing." I need to send her to remedial comedy school, as she told me on the way home how much she enjoyed The Marriage Ref.
I am in geek heaven tonight. We went to see our friend Jon's show. It's called USS Pinafore and is a retelling of Gilbert and Sullivan set in the world of Star Trek. It was funny and well-performed and we are so proud of Jon, who wrote and directred it. But the best part that Nichelle Nichols was there! And we sat right next to her! And she loved the show!
That sounds awesome, Scrappy.

Heh.
I am so glad I went to bed early! Now I'm not angry that I woke up early. I wonder if I'll do anything with my day. Probably not.
Timelies all!
Got up at 6:30 to feed the cats, then went back to sleep. Woke up again at 8 when the second alarm on my clock went off. (I didn't realize it was on. Fixed that) So here I am in my pajamas.
