I got dragged into something at work that was then deemed something that should never have been done, and somehow all arrows are pointing at me. I'm really trying to work out how to redirect stuff in the right direction, and am very annoyed that everyone else on the email chain that knows what went down is keeping mum. Grr. I just got a wardrobe talking to! Appropriate wear may not include corsets, apparently. Harrumph. I might probably also want to skip the short denim skirts, although he didn't call those out specifically. Just the corset, and general conservatism.

It's nice that we do actually have a dress code now, though, even if "within appropriate lengths" is a bit vague.
And looking at it, a lot of people have to change how they dress. No more chinos Monday-Thursday.
