Happy Birthday, Frank!

Happy Belated Birthday, Frank!!!
I went a little crazy at the market. Pound of spinach, pints of cherries, yellow grape tomatoes, apricots, wee little m-something plums, and 2 spinach empanadas. And now I need to go to the store... Gotta restock.
Today I'm going to our local annual zero waste local music and artists raise money to buy up land along the river festival, Festival for the Eno. Tomorrow I need to go into work for a while, and then I'm invited to a cookout. Monday is back to the festival - I'm helping with the zero waste cleanup portion.
Timelies all!
We are currently watching the Argentina-Germany World Cup game. Gary looked at the scoreboard and said "GER! ARG!" :)
In a bit I will shower, dress and go run errands. (haircut, library, dry cleaning)
I am currently watching Scrappy on TV, which is AWESOME.
Other plans for the weekend include a family outing TBD, but I'm considering pitching a Trolley Tour I already have the tickets for, except I'm afraid it will be too hot and crowded. But it does include a little boat tour, which would be nice. Hmmm. We'll see what mom says.
Other than that, I plan to laze around, do laundry, maybe get a pedicure, and who knows what else. Maybe hang out in the courtyard at the library.
I'm at my parents being told by my three year-old that I am not allowed to play with him because he wants Bubbe to play with him. I am chopped liver, and taking full advantage of it.
I am supposed to be packing for a trip to Door County, but instead I am refreshing the page at my favorite LJ community waiting for more comment fic. Sigh. Must get started.
Ooh, Scrappy, your place looks so awesome! And you guys were great! FUN.
I washed sneakers (and 3 other loads of laundry), swept the front sidewalk, went through fall clothes for Dillo (thanks to Cashmere we need basically NOTHING, thank you!) paid bills, and helped carry 2 4x8 sheets of drywall. So far.
It's hot. And technically only 77.
