I wonder if they'd break sooner if I put in add-printers requests one at a time, waiting for one to be added before another request goes in. Cause I have about 15 to add... And then there is the part where I can't use wireless because they've locked down yet something else that shouldn't be.

I do not have a good relationship with our helpdesk.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

WTF, world? January is not good for famous people.

I also read this morning that Howard Zinn died.

Keep breathing!

Timelies, all!

FAFSAs accomplished - for three kids, in three hours. Not bad. Thanks for the encouragement yesterday.

IOMeN, I know I'm the last kid on the block to find discover this, but I went on Pandora yesterday for the first time and I'm loving it! Now I have a way to hear all kinds of Celtic and similar music - I've always admired it, but didn't know how to navigate through the genre to find what I liked.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I love Pandora, Shari. I've discovered lots of great new music. I'm refining another station right now since my regular station rarely gives me anything new anymore.

Now I have a way to hear all kinds of Celtic and similar music - I've always admired it, but didn't know how to navigate through the genre to find what I liked.

Seed a station with your favorite Celtic-y song and watch the magic happen.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

WTF, world? January is not good for famous people.

To be fair, Salinger was 90.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, sure -- Salinger, Zinn, even Parker were pretty old. But still: People (whose work) I like and/or admire!
