In an example of how yogis have adopted the language and ideology of foodies, Mr. Kest calls himself a “selectarian,” one who chooses everything he eats.
As opposed to the rest of us who just reach out blindly and eat whatever we wind up grabbing?
NEVER do this in the bathroom.
Dana, I'm just sensitive b/c I was dating a female soldier around that time and heard a lot of horror stories about people lurking in gay bars and such to find out homosexuals. I personally feel like people are not being patient enough with Obama, given that it's only been a year. I understand that for gays in the military it feels very urgent.

And the economy was imploding and there were dire hints of breadlines etc. Which ticking timebomb do you defuse first?

One that I kind of ashamedly love. But I tell myself that since the general sort of people featured on there are the ones that roll their eyes and make pissy comments about Goths in general (as in
"o.m.g., you are still a goth? Whaaaat-ever"
), AND tend to be the type to point and laugh at my wardrobe, I'm justified in giggling at LATFH.

Dear god those people were awful. By which I mean massively rude, inconsiderate of personal space, and the worst collection of dancers I have ever seen in one place at one time. That's not even counting the soit-dit fashion choices.
I think the universe is punishing me for deciding to skip the gym because I didn't feel good and I'd had A Day. The stank on the red line was so bad that I now have a migraine. To boot, or not to boot: that is the question.

My understanding is that expulsions have actually risen under DADT though. If it's a less toxic environment that's something. But not enough. (I'll have to see if I can dig up where I've seen that though.)
