Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I think I know what my sister's wanna-be jock boyfriend is going to be talking about for the next week. *sigh*

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Easy on the salt, heavy on the pig. Mmmmm, good.

This must be how Hec feels when people post about cats.

This is so me.

Hi people! I'm writing a quiz. Any good distractors of lit terms to go with synecdoche and allusion? Please to help.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

metonomy? I aways get it mixed up with synechdoche because of the syllables. I also get synechdoche mixed up with Schnectady.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Alliteration?

I haven't taught metonymy in part because I screw it up. I use synedoche generically for both (and Laurence Perrine from Sound and Sense tells me that's okay!)

Alliteration could work. But I think I need a meaning distractor and not a sound one.
