Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh man, flea, if that's not adding insult to injury!

hip deep in pie

It took me almost two hours to run an errand that should have taken 30 minutes tops. I left my house without my wallet and didn't realize until I went to pay. So I trudge back home...check my messages and leave the house without my wallet again! I only got a couple of blocks away this time, but man. I am blaming muscle relaxants.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't even know how flea managed all those less thans and greater thans in her post by mistake.

Sue, that's kinda...I been there.

I managed to make it out the other day, with company, without my wallet, and everyone was depending on me having my shit. Luckily we were close enough to home that we could run back (of course, I wasn't driving) and get stuff. So not my finest moment.

Wallet must stay in bag. Must stay in bag.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

java, P got a script for your co's stuff. Hasn't filled it yet, but it's a start. Her doc was the one who brought it up. I have my fingers crossed that it's magic for her as well.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Damn, I think I actually have to go to a doctor. This necessitates finding a general practitioner - I've been here a year and haven't bothered. I've been having terrible heartburn and acid reflux. I never ever had that before, and I haven't changed my eating habits. Right now, I'm hungry, but my esophagus is on fire and anything I eat is going to make it worse. Anyone have any remedies for heartburn that will last me until I can get to the pharmacy and score some Tums? Will milk help?

Hm. I don't have baking soda. Maybe I have some Alka-Seltzer, though.
