Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Happy Mothers Day to all b.org moms, regardless if your sprog is human, animal, or other.

sara, I've done a load of laundry, swept the kitchen floor and am preparing to scrub it. I didn't wake up until almost noon, since I got a second wind and continued my cleaning spree from last night until 4 am.

Then I'm going to PA to see Mom and have my dad feed me, since I have no food in the house until tomorrow.

Can I paint my fake glue nails with any success? Any polishes better? Prep I should first?

Polish should actually stick better, msbelle. Just make sure you use non-acetone polish remover so you don't dissolve the glue. Use a base coat to minimize staining, and you should be good to go. I use OPI or Essie polishes almost exclusively, and I can go two weeks without chipping on acrylic/gel nails.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Where do fruit smoothies fit in? If I make a smoothie with fruit that means I'm getting the good stuff, too? Or does smoothification ruin it?

Minor victory of the day: Oz got out, had an encounter with the neighbor's dog, and I managed to get him back in the house without him flipping out like a mammal.

Also, I may have found someone to mow the lawn. You think that if you advertised a service, you'd call people back when they called you. NSM with lawn mowers.

I think you get all the fiber, even after the smoothification. At least I want to think that, as I love me some smoothies!

am home. I eventually went to the mall and did some shopping. 2 skirts, 1 pair pants, 3 cardigans - $75. good times.

Perkins, I take back my Clarks rec - at least not this season, the most color they have is red. In the past they have had greens and blues and oranges.

mac has worked through his stuff. he did homework and uncle g cleaned up his stuff for me (he also got told he was a "horrible man", it's somehow nice to not be the only one who gets that). I may make a cake later, Hummingbird if I can find all the ingredients.

Guy just came to talk about mowing my lawn. He was HAWT. I hope I wasn't noticably ogling. On the minus side, he was wearing Ed Hardy. On the plus side, he showed up (unlike some others who wouldn't even phone me back), gave me a reasonable price and seems nice enough.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

This is the most exciting baseball series I've seen all season! Sorry, javachik.
