Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

New York is about to be like London was when my friend lived there in the 90s, huh? No public garbage cans, everything evacuated all the time, etc....

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Where they will be playing my SO`s first orchestral composition!

That is seriously cool.

~ma to your MiL, Burrell. What a damnable set of options.

OK, I was starting to regret taking this freelance work, until I spent an hour working and the client called me a genius. And now I'm done.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

CJ's name is what we picked out when we didn't know if Kelly would be a boy or a girl. We never did come up with a second girl name, so he was lucky he was a boy. I can't picture naming him anything else, he is very much my CJ.

Had I been a boy, I would have been Reza. Not a name that flips between Farsi and English as easily as Susan.

I don't wanna do any more work today. I want the weekend to start NOW.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Emma was the first girl's name we agreed on so we stopped looking.

Then, at 38 weeks and after all of my showers, I changed my mind. I have a lot of embroidered stuff that says "Emma".

And now, I look at her, and she is so not an Emma. She is every inch of her Emeline.
