Zoe: Nobody's saying that, sir. Wash: Yeah, we're pretty much just giving each other significant glances and laughing incessantly.

I'm getting the pig!

Yep, long hair. I already touch-up the roots every two weeks so my goal is basically keeping the chlorine off the roots. I do NOT want to have to start coloring more often. It's bad enough as it is! I could just go gray but DH isn't loving that idea.

Without TJs, I'm certain we'd have some sort of nutritional deficiency in this house.

There's very little chance we'll drive the six hours to Santa Fe again any time soon so I'll have to keep praying that the TJ PTB decide to open a store closer to Denver one day soon. I hope you TJ's having folk worship your good fortune!

Karma is a cat, sleeping in my lap cuz it loves me. ~TS

Alright, Cash, are you feeding Owen those tweets? Or has he really taken it upon himself to try to save me from my partying ways? Either way, he's crackin' me up.

I should probably step away from the flood coverage.

Now tagless for your comfort.

He writes those completely independently. I think it's adorable the way he seems to worry about you.

Now that I know you're not ghost-writing, I agree, it's ridiculously adorable! Cutiehead need not worry, no more conferences for another....three weeks.

He also wants to suit up and defeat the evil meringue for Sue.

I try to stay in the room when he's on the computer but I let him form his own thoughts. I do review his account when he's done. I tweeted twice under his name because he forgot to sign out.

Is six years old too early to buy him his own laptop?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I say let the little sucker stretch his wings!

You'll keep it safe and all that stuff.

I'm a little shocked at how well he replies and gets conversations going. I really didn't think he'd do this well.

In my completely uneducated child development view I'd think that communicating well in one venue would only enhance communicating well in others. Especially if he feels good about it.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I never wanted to Twitter but now Owen's in the mix I'm tempted.

I think I will attempt preserved lemons with the few that remain.

My old neighbor Mo (who was from Morocco), did preserved lemons. I have a vivid memory of him cutting up lemons and dumping them into a big glass jar of salt. Also, his family had their own olive grove.

Anyway, he's now in Switzerland with Maria (whose first fiance died in a car accident, and whose German Shepard - Maklo - was Emmett's first dog friend.) They're both biotech scientists.
