Zoe: Yeah? Thought you'd get land crazy that long in port. Wash: Probably, but I've been sane a long while now, and change is good.

Does anyone have a good espresso/cappuccino maker to recommended. Something in the $150 range would be best, although up to $500 is okay. If it is an Italian brand or model name, that would be great.

Basically, we need to offer a prize for an Italian survey in the $500 range, I'd rather spread the wealth among a few machines.

Look at Capresso, megan. We've had their regular coffeemakers for years and really love the quality.

I'm getting the pig!

I have this one and I absolutely love it. I've used it daily since November of last year without issue.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Both CJ and I slept through our alarms and didn't get up until after 10am. I have a headache that can't decide if it wants to go migraine or not and CJ has a stomach ache. It was quite odd to wake up so late, not remembering that I had shut off my alarm and then realizing that not only had CJ not gone to school but that he was still sound asleep on the floor of his room.

I put in a few hours of work and am going to see if a nap can snap the headache. I've already rescheduled 2 conference calls and canceled both CJ and my karate classes.

Does anyone have a Merriam Webster dictionary? I have a style question and my dictionary is the American Heritage.

Trust my rage

We have a Capresso and love it. We've had it for 10 years now. (Well, actually, the first one got worn out after Joe took it took Iraq but they gave us a brand new one for a very good deal.)

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Coming in a little late to the scar conversation....my most interesting scar is near my left knee. I slipped while hiking in Wadi Qelt and gashed my knee. Probably needed stitches, but I was with a tour group and our "medic" was a guy who had had the standard Israeli army service. So my leg was bandaged, and I still have a scar 20 years later.

The rest of my scars are either animal inflicted(mostly cat scratches, but a conure pecked the back of my hand), work related (sometimes I work with razors and scalpel blades) or medical.

Urk. Of course it is. I swear, my brain is melting. So apparently "mind-set" is first choice for M-W? It looks odd to me and spell check doesn't care, one way or the other.

I'll go with the M-W since that's the house style.
