Yikes, Jessica. Here's to quick healing. I am switching summer clothes in and winter clothes out but my summer clothes smell musty. If I hang them on the line for the rest of the afternoon, what's the likelihood that the musty will go away?

Ouch Jess. But I'm glad the ER was relatively painless.
I have a friend who worked in a high bra store in TO that did fittings and altered bras for a perfect fit. But I don't think they had many bras that were under $100.
Ouch, Jessica! Man, maybe my really old polishes should just quietly go away ...
It's been known to happen with new polishes, too. IIRC, bottle flaws leading to shattering were the reason behind the recent American Apparel polish recall. I've got polishes that are old enough to drink that are still in good shape. The only bottle that ever exploded on me was under 2 years old.
I had a bottle I actually had to wait to have opened until Garv came home the other day. I couldn't even get it with a rubber gripper. Mortifying.
At Town Shoppe they'll alter any bra as part of the price. I tend to shorten the shoulder straps.
Has something changed with YouTube recently? Plenty of videos that I've watched with no problem before are now way too soft to hear, even with the volume turned all the way up. Other sounds from my computer seem to be the same volume as usual.
I would think airing them out would get some of the musty smell out. I pulled out the sweaters and turtlenecks from my drawers today too. I need to get a box down and just pack them up. It'll be one more box done.
Jessica, yikes! Hope it heals quickly.
But getting it up the basement stairs of death, and then up the insanely steep stairs to the Storage Room? Not worth it.
Maybe hire a couple of college students? $20 each and a six-pack might do it.
Today has not quite been as awesomely productive as yesterday, but I'm trying to just keep starting. Dinner is ready to go in the oven - tilapia baked with garlic and olive oil and roasted asparagus. That will be my reward for reading old performance reviews in prep for redoing my resume.
It's too yuck to bake anything, but I am at least eating leftovers for dinner.
also listing more on ebay - 2 things so far.
Ouch, Jessica! Don't do that!
The problem was the cups, so nsm with altering doing much good. It was very evident I just have an unusual shape. And am a pickymcpickerson in that I don't want pointy boobs.
It's toasty. If I didn't expect the temps to drop to more seasonal ones, I might be hauling at least the bedroom ac up. But I think I can hold out. If necessary, can sleep downstairs tonight.
