Congratulations to the class of 1999. You all proved more or less adequate.

I wish I were there to help. I have no interest in dealing with my own place.

Isn't that always the way?

What kills me is that there is a great dresser down in the basement that I've had forever, and would be perfect for my plans for the Storage Room. But getting it up the basement stairs of death, and then up the insanely steep stairs to the Storage Room? Not worth it.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oh, I have to remember to go follow Owen on Twitter.

I just did. He's hysterical!

I'm over my hissy of yesterday. Don't know why that sent me to 11, but it did. Now back to zen. But I don't think I'll try any more bra shopping this weekend.

Walk was ...humid. I can't believe the amount of sweat I produced. Completely soaked my head and shirt. But it is a pretty walk and no new blisters, yay! Pool was a little warm (I like it 78-82, it's at 87-I actually like it cold enough for involuntary flinch when you get in, because by the end, it is refreshing) but not too busy.

Don't know why that sent me to 11, but it did.

Every once in a while when I fail to find clothes that fit me, I feel like it's some kind of personal failure.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Let this be a warning to all who have old nail polish sitting around - I tried to open a bottle to see how old it was, it shattered in my hand, and I'm posting this from the ER. Took a huge slice out of my thumb. Lots of blood. Ouch.

Another victim of the polish wars. Keep your blood where it belongs!

Now tagless for your comfort.

Jessica, that sucks! I hope it's not too bad. Are you getting stitches?

Ouch! Jessica, I hope they fix you up quickly and painlessly. I will be very careful with nail polish.
