"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

We're AWESOME on toys.

We need a cleaner to come and clean. I just can't get anything done while trying to wrangle Noah. And I need help with a toy storage system.

I'm just completely overwhelmed.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I always miss the Grilled Cheese Invitational. We should really get a regional competition up here in Wisconsin.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Ugh, so sorry to hear about all the overwhelm, Kat.

We just had cupcakes for Isaac's birthday. From Hotcakes. And take-out pizza too. I kinda feel like that's a bit of a mommy faux pas, not making the birthday dessert for the family celebration, but I've been swamped. But the upside? Hotcakes makes good cupcakes.

"It's a very distinctive sound!!"

This takes me to a Clint Eastwood in Heartbreak Ridge place as well as an Eliot place.

Karate was a blast tonight. In my private class I worked on my kata form for tournament. Tweaking bits and putting the emphasis in the right places. In group we were worked on club techniques.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

javachik, that's exciting! Do you know if the patch can be applied to the face? That's where my grandmother has pain.

I hope everyone's night winds down well.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

This is the capsacin (I'm murdering that-chile hot stuff) based stuff?

Not java but I have a friend that I want to look into it. It is capsicum-based. I am so happy to hear that patients are getting relief with it.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Having experienced shingles, I'm thrilled with the new medication's results, java!

I think I'm going to curl up with Pride & Prejudice and Zombies and go to bed early.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

At which point she realized that I was talking about her ex-boyfriend.

Wait, up till then she'd thought it was some other carrot-toting, bunny hat-wearing guy? Just because he dresses like one doesn't mean he's breeding like one, y'know.

Badass.

Occasionally I am ninja.

If any of you get Digital Protector/Security Tools 2010 on your computers, I wish you luck, because that goddamn little mofo is adapting fast. Getting it off a virtual machine probably is more problematic than it would be with a physical machine, although if I just remembered to take a snapshot I could revert the next time a machine gets infested.
