Sarameg had a montage.
hah! It was like an ad for allergy meds or something.
Lotsa doggies in the neighborhood. One of the renters (landlords are my doggie biscuit making neighbors) have matching big and small dogs. One of them is a pug, the other a mastiff of sorts. Both have siamese cat coloration. Everyone does a double take seeing them. Then there is Amy, that landlord's flabrador. (fat+lab.) She's a total sweetheart. Barks ferociously, but as soon as they say "friend" you get her belly and exhuberant stropping. They do the dog cookie thing to raise money for an doggie immune disease research thing, as her predecessor died before she was 2 of it.
Sophia, I vote you buy the ugliest sunglasses ever and just say EAT IT.
Is anyone watching Spartucus, Blood and Sand (seems like it should be Spartucus, Tits and Ass)? I am now wondering if the rented the Roman Centurion costumes from HBO's Rome.
Plei, I need to confirm that Revlon's extra life no chip top coat has yet to cause crazing on my fakes. Even where I had to buff down the nail because there was glue migration. It's brilliant. So thank you!

Skip Caray had some epic blowups when he was on the Braves radio call-in show and callers repeatedly asked for a definition of the infield fly rule. Eventually he came up with a 30-second explanation that he said very fast.
Somewhere the ghost of Skip Caray is getting in trouble with the FCC again.

Complete with the manpris?
Suzi! It took me three hours to drive home today. Worst snowstorm I have ever driven through. I've been meaning to write it all up in LJ. I was seriuosly thinkig I might have to visit you guys and stay the night. Although I guess it all melted. But today when I was passing through Lone Tree there were many semis and other trucks just parked slanty on the Interstate. Even with chains they couldn't get up the hill. Of course, no snow where I actually live.

You are always welcome - weather or no. I heard that I-25 was closed south of Lincoln for a while. I was working from home today anyway, so my only driving was across the parking lot to the dojo.
I thi k that closure was when i was sitting there from 11-12:30. It was seriously the craziest road conditions I've ever seen. I was almost rear ended twice and almost run off the road by a snow plow and a semi. Oh, i almost forgot. There was a cop with us who actually turned on his lihts and turned around.
Despite that fact that i was stuck for so long today i actually like the way the weather changes here.
