I just finished the Strawberry Crockpot Jam. The yield is 16 4-ounce jars, 2 8-ounce jars and a little bit in the fridge. I'm worried that it won't jell up enough, but I doubled the pectin. The upside to the slow cook is that you don't get a mess or burns and you don't have to skim off foam. The downside is it takes hours.

of my tax refund money frivolously. And I was looking at wide leather belts this weekend, but they were all cheesy.
