This weekend!
OK, maybe y'all know from weirdo plumbing:
House I'm buying, in the one bathroom, to turn on the water you have one knob only, turning from cold to hot. But what happens is you turn from cold to warmer to hot...and then it stops (water stops, I mean). And then if you keep turning, the water starts again and you get hot to warm to lukewarm, as you keep turning. Is this in any way normal, or does it seem like a bizarro plumbing issue that should be fixed before I buy the house?? There was a plumber who came out, but I think he misunderstood the problem (we said it didn't control the mix of hot and cold, because the first time we turned it on, it went cold, off, hot, and when he tried it, it worked, so...it works!)
This weekend: Tonight, ecofashion show put on by one of our interns; tomorrow day, Art Walk? errands? unsure; tomorrow night, Dr. Who in HD w/ surround sound (woot!); Sunday, unclear.
Zenkitty, I have to email the photos. Contest rules forbid posting them on public forums. Email me and I'll send them your way!
Happy birthday Drew! Happy birthday Callaluna!
This weekend? Tonight I work overtime, as writers are not good at understanding schedules. Tomorrow is a housewarming party, and then I go to a ridiculous bombastic RAWK concert! Sunday is the birthday party of a certain 5 year old.
tonight - NOTHING! which means I will probably try to take pictures of stuff to list on craigslist.
Saturday - karate, then mac has a b'day party which I hope to skip out on and list things on craigslist.
Sunday - church, mac goes with Uncle G and I hope to do laundry and some cooking/baking.
Sunday, unclear.
Outlook hazy.

We have a knob like that in one of the bathrooms. There's something wrong with the mechanism in the wall (what do you call that part that controls the flow of water into the bath? the deflector, maybe?) that would be expensive to fix. The knob is supposed to have a part on it to prevent overturning and it's not there. There's nothing wrong with the as-is situation other than how annoying it is, though. And apparently there's no leak in the walls.
Good luck with the house!
Kick-Ass!
Oooh! I gotta see that!
