I'm a clumsy person of dubious upper body strength and I can change a water bottle with no spilling.
I totally get not wanting to do it though! There's a lot of stuff I can do that I don't want to do. Like put away the stupid laundry.

I just spent hours trying to get a report to work right. Turned out to be a dumb error on my part. But I had one of my bosses help me for an hour and he was stumped as well so I don't feel so bad.
ION, had coffee and OJ for breakfast, which upset my tummy. Apparently I need to be nicer to my tummy. Also, I forget if I've mentioned this here, but I was told that stress and anxiety can make one more susceptible to motion sickness, so maybe I Need to see my Dr. about different anxiety meds....
