I warned my parents that they will start to get boxes at their house for my new place. They sounded worried.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, pandas, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Oh, I love that first dress. Mom, Kat is tempting me to internet browse again!
Jesse, you can get chain ladders especially for that purpose. I've seen it in SkyMall! eta: my mom wants me to get one.
So I was looking through a college friend's album on facebook and ran across a comment from a woman who really made me think during a maybe 5 minute interaction during one of the first 2 years of college. See, out of the blue, she paid me a really lovely comment when I was cleaning the bathroom or something (I don't recall what, just that it touched me a lot, cause it wasn't something I was used to.) I was sort of bewildered looking, I guess, so then she explained that too often we leave these thoughts unvoiced, and really, why? It always cheers all parties up, and really, isn't the world poorer for us letting those nice thoughts, appreciations and compliments go unsaid?
It's something I still try to work on. She had a really good point. So, anyway, I sent her a message telling her that. Dear Jesse, thank you for talking me into facebook.
Woo hoo, facebook!

Yeah, there's pretty much no way I'm going down four flights on a chain ladder hanging out my window. Edit: I mean three flights.
You'd rather crisp?!!!
OMG, I am totally my mother.
I'd run down the burning stairs first, I'm 90% sure.
My mother knows me. She knows I'd be an idiot and try to get the cats. Who'd probably bolt outside anyway.
OK, apparently Ted Neely is coming to Boston in Superstar. I just can't think that's a good idea.
Ha! I worked local crew for a Neely Superstar...15? years ago. I think it's hilarious that he's still doing it.
I think it's kind of sad!
