You have her number, right Perkins?
I sitting in the Seattle airport waiting to see a) if I can fly standby on the earlier flight back to SF and. b) if I can, when it will actually leave. As Kelly is finding, There are weather delays in SF that so far look like it is delaying flights.
Yes, the weather here was quite crappy. I was supposed to give J. a tour of my favorite Farmers Market stalls, but by the time we got there most places had given up and packed up.
Oh, Hec. I think you will appreciate the mouseover panel.
Revolution then Bakersfield. I always get that wrong.
brenda, they don't sell it at TJ's, but the key seems to be finding an onion stock where they sautee the onions in butter (for the richness). Then again, your soup sounds delicious as is.
As does the McWarringles jambalaya.
Soon it will be Fancy Gin Martini Time. I'm excited to try out the 209. Drinks are on you, Buffistas.
I don't know if I do, Suzi.
I looked at two houses today, and now I am roasting vegetables to be put on a pizza for dinner. Exciting!
Unfortunately I discovered that the drain pipe for my washing machine is kind of fucked only after I had moved a bunch of boxes of books into the garage--where the washing machine is. Happily they weren't too dampened, but now I have plumbing to do.
Tomorrow.
Insent, Perkins.
CJ slept most of the day away and looked green when we drove home from the airport. He is trying some rice. I hope he feels better by morning.
Apparently, getting to my job interview this week (!!!) will take me an hour. That is a HUGE BUMMER. Apparently I live in exactly the wrong spot to get there via public transportation.
Yeah, SF just told Seattle that the 6:00 flight can expect to leave at 11:00.
And that's the earlier flight that I am on standby on. I am confirmed for a flight scheduled for 8:40.
Things that really hurt: Wearing earphones and wiping dust off of the monitor. The feeling was akin to filling one's ears with pop-rocks. Ow... just ow.
