I haven't seen your place or talked games since you moved. Which reminds me, one of these days can you send me the recipe to the chicken you made that night (if you remember what I'm talking about).
We just got digital cable and Kelly found an Iron Maiden concert. I am trying so hard not to tell her I have tix to see them in June.
Damn - and she just figured out they are touring this summer. Well, now she knows.
It's still exciting!
I am having my first "Boston is bullshit" moment, due to having been out of my neighborhood after 12:30 (!!) and forced to take a cab home. WTFF is that???
And HAPPY WEDDING, ERIN!!!!
Welcome to just about anywhere that isn't NYC, Jesse. You can't take public transit home after midnight here, either.
I remember racing for the last BART train out of SF and missing it, then having to find a cab to take me to Alameda. Poor dude - he quoted a price to make the trip over the bridge and it was about $10 more than I had. I told him and he agreed to take me anyway.
I knew in my head it was true, but my gut could not believe it! I had to get out of the cab at the 7-11 so I could get cash to pay the cabbie.
One time I was visiting a friend, and then I rushed to catch the last BART train, and I missed it. So I called her and she let me crash at her place for the night, and I got up really early the next morning to BART back to Macarthur before my car was ticketed for being there overnight.
P-C, I think some of the Transbay lines run all night. Of course, that requires dealing with the Transbay terminal, and it's probably preferable to sleep on your friend's floor.
You've seen it?
Yeppers. Last weekend with the kids. I loved it too.
Tonight I got them to watch Cosmos. We were all snuggly and watching Carl Sagan together. Now they want to see more.
