Holy crap. Local organic leashless pampered farm eggs, even hardboiled and old, are so much better. I'm not a picky thing about eggs, and I've used most of these for baking (hence hardboiling, 2 weeks old) an holy crap. I never knew. Grocery store eggs don't offend me, but these? Well.
