Hivemine rec for the best ever OTC cough medicine? Joe is about 3 coughing fits away from taking me to the ER even though Em's pede heard me yesterday and said it was totally viral and not bacterial. But seriously, I feel like I have whooping cough and I've almost thrown up a couple of times now.

Thanks all. The breakthrough was good, I am really good with that. I am not so good with the fact that he has linked in his brain the loss and coming loss of friends to the denial of the DS and we are ONCE AGAIN giving access another try. UGH. and well there was violence which is not awesome in anyway and sets me back. In fact, I need to go take some of my extra strength meds.

Yes, Delsym for the cough if you don't have a fever. If you do have a fever, go to the ER and get a chest xray to rule out pneumonia.
