We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Happy Easter, to all who celebrate.

I have run and eaten oatmeal and now I have to go put my face on to go to mass with the family. And then we will have a cholesterol-rich brunch (oy) and I may wander the neighborhood to look at houses I can't make offers on. And do laundry.

My life, so exciting!

I hope everyone else has an excellent day.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

A gorilla threw a rock at my sister.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I hope that is not the signal for a general ape uprising! It didn't hit her, did it?

I will also be doing laundry. Hopefully going on a bike ride before it rains.

The rock bounced off the pexiglass. I'm pretty sure the zoo anticipated that contingency.

Sounds like. Good job, zoo!

I am awake, printing documents to send to the mortgage people before packing my bags to go to the airport, and probably running to the library and bookstore before that. Hopefully eating something in there somewhere.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm watching The Sopranos. Fairly boring day.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Damn dirty apes! (tm)

Did some more yardwork this morning with sister. She brought a wheelbarrow and we scavenged a load of bricks from the untended lot behind mine. Neatly placed in a pallet and then abandoned. I used them to edge a new bed beside my sidewalk. Still need more, but the universe will provide, right? Really tired now and it's only 1pm. Need second wind.

smonster, I think it's the soluble fiber in oatmeal. Maybe there's some other magical ingredient too.

A gorilla threw a rock at my sister.

I thought they preferred more . . . organic missiles.
