Leia? She's a friend of ours.
I think that's her name. She just moved to NY. I'm sort of watching out of the corner of my eye.
Was she happy about it?
Wow, I kind of forgot I stopped watching that show. Huh.
I just started taping it again, but I don't think I'll keep it up. This is the type of thing I hate about the American version, when it's less about teaching someone how to dress and more about neutralizing someone's style.
Thanks for the birthday wishes, everyone!!
She hasn't said much about it on her blog yet. I hope she's found a happy medium in her personal style, though.
Hey, Perkins, not for provocateuse use, but if you come across/have one, I'm looking for a good power shot of Sam, Dean,
and
John Winchester. I've found a couple possibles, but pickings are knda slim. I just know I've seen something out there--a promo shot, or something.
It's chilly and rainy here--perfect for staying in and doing nothing, but I had to get together with my group for our library analysis project. I ran around cleaning this morning, thinking everyone would come back here to go over our info, but the lounge area at the library was so nice and there was noone there to bother that we stayed and chatted over everything there.
Oh well, at least my apartment is already clean!
Oops, had to take a pet-the-cat break there--she jumped onto my chest and is currently nudging her head under my armpit for more.
Skipping right at the end of shabbat, because, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is Tom Scola's birthday.
Happy birthday, Tom! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!
Happy Birthday, Tom!
I am mildly upset: I got my blood test results back last night, and although I exercise and eat pretty well and lost 20 lbs a few years back (and kept it off), and don't smoke or drink too much... my bad cholesterol levels are not good. Damn it.
I have to say farewell to cheese and red meat for a while. And eat a lot more oatmeal. And vegetables. Lots of vegetables. ::sigh::
Suela, I swear by oatmeal, since my cholesterol went down 10% over the past year. The rest of my eating habits are less than admirable, and my exercise level is moderate (and, also, hasn't increased in the past year), so the only variable I can see is that I eat oatmeal 4-5 mornings a week.
