Now tagless for your comfort.

Restaurant gift certificates--especially ones that deliver are great gifts for new parents.

Our wings are not tired.

Food, booze, pampering. All good for the parents. Babies don't need a lot of stuff anyway.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Good ones, good ones. I will take these suggestions to my co-conspirator and come up with something good!

I'm so happy I found someone else who shares my first concert shame. Shaun Cassidy. I don't recall the year, but it had to have been before 9th grade.

Well, I saw him in 5th grade, but then I don't think I went to another concert until college. Except for Dead shows, it wasn't really a thing in high school; although, I did get invited to The Police and stupidly said no because I didn't like the guy who wanted to take me.

Best concert? The first leg of U2's Joshua Tree tour when they were playing smaller indoor arenas and Lone Justice was their opener. Not to be confused with the concert I saw six months later at RFK stadium when Bono dislocated his shoulder in the middle and had his arm in a sling for the encore.

U2 with Public Enemy & Sugarcubes

I saw that same tour.

Sophia, bars totally count. Most of the best shows I've seen have been in clubs.

My first concert was two Canadian bands...one was the Box, one may have been Honeymooon Suite or the Spoons. I can't remember. My friend's uncle was the mayor, so we had free tickets.

I am trying to tidy my house today and mostly, I'm being lazy. I do five minutes of work and relax for 20. At this rate, the house will be tidy in a week. Unfortunately, I have plummbers comng first thing tomorrow morning, so I have to pick up the pace.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I've already done more than I did all day yesterday (which was pretty much nothing but puke and go back to bed several times, and then spill nail polish on my rug and wish I had stayed in bed, so it's not a very high bar).

Any moment now I will go shower and get dressed and then head up to Napa for brunch with fun people.

Napa? When I mapped it, it was Suisun City near Fairfield? Is Googlemaps doing me wrong? Or does Napa really run that far East? I'd better go check!!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Not Napa. Napa adjacent. Near Fairfield is correct.

Eta: Also, hooray brunch!
