It's precisely 3 years ago that Grace was born (and Noah a few minutes after). It's hard to believe this is where they are now: [link]

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

The Police was my first concert.

Me too. I still remember that Sting wore a kimono for a shirt. And later on he was kind enough to take it off.

Burrell, I got your message re: the nail polish. I completely forgot too. Definitely this week we'll have to work something out. I am off for spring break.

Okay to bed for me. Tomorrow we are going to the farmer's market, then for dim sum, then Huntington Gardens, which will be fun. And we're taking Grace which will also be fun (?). It's time to do another apple picture.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Happy Twins Day! Man, oh man, that was touch and go there for a while.

I saw the Go-Go's open for the Police in Cleveland.

Our wings are not tired.

I wanna go to dim sum! Where do you go? ALL of my fave dim sum places are in So Cal, either in downtown LA or in Monterey Park.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

My first concert: well was dragged to hootnannys as a kid in the 60's and also got to see Odetta in her prime. Probably does not count. To tell the truth I did not go to concerts when I was in my teens. Bought records and went to Science Fiction and Gaming Conventions durning most of the 70's. Sometime late 70's early 80's went to Survival Sunday concerts once a year. The first one I went to had Crosby Stills & Nash, the Eagles, Jackson Brown, The Eagles Bruce Springsteen.

There was a later one when the anti-nuke networks was smaller, where I Robin Williams performed. He took challenges from the audience to do improv. Someone challenged him on the spot as to what the ghost of Albert Einstein would say. Robin's Response: "Vun little equation if Gif you und dis is how you screw it up?" That joke made it into one of his albums.

I felt like such a do-do forgetting that, Kat. Oh well. It was a lot of fun seeing you and the kids. And watching all the kids play.

I haven't had dim sum in ages. mmm. Tomorrow is farmers market and probably a lot of grading for me.
