That's a very good hint that until now you've been hidden in their feed.
BUT! It could be that your friend might not be able to get on facebook as much as she'd like or that she has a lot of friends and doesn't scroll down all the time to catch up with what everyone posted since she was last on facebook or that she hasn't bothered to hide all of the rpg game announcements auto-posted by some of her other friends so she fails to see important things like pics of your gorgeous pups. Until now.
Um. Not that I've been recently accused of hiding someone that I actually care about or anything like that. Nope.
I have decided that every time our niece becomes a fan of some horrible Facebook group like "I'm in America, I shouldn't have to 'Press 1 for English'" (I kid you not), I have to join something to balance her out.
So the latest meme on facebook has been around the first concert you've seen.
So I ask you, what was your first concert?
Oh, man, Jodeci! Now I just want to make a playlist of 80s and 90s black boy bands: NE, Boyz II Men, Jodeci, Shai, H-Town, 112. Dude. What ever happened to black boy bands? They've totally fallen off.
Dude, the acapella that Boyz II Men pulled out for their version of that song is not to be trifled with. It's just a beautiful, beautiful thing.
OK, I just listened to it on YouTube, and yeah. Much prettier. BUT STILL.
Steve Miller Band!
ETA: Was my first concert, not my favorite boy band. Important clarification.
The Jacksons Victory Tour. And it was awesome.
So I ask you, what was your first concert?
Black Sabbath with Van Halen opening.
::polishes Metal cred badge::
Curiously, Steve Miller was my second concert. (With Little River Band opening.)
Emmett's first concert: The Stooges.
H-Town
Oh shit. I have a ridiculous college memory of being in a car hearing "Knockin the Boots," on our way to the beach, right after I had gotten high with my coworkers on our way home from my evening-shift telemarketing job, and that song tripped me out.
I was never into 112, for whatever reason.
