Zoe: Next time we smuggle stock, let's make it something smaller. Wash: Yeah, we should start dealing in those black-market beagles.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Today I wore sandals and a light sweater.

This is my traditional "Oh come all yee Springness" ensemble. I am optimistic and wear the sandals. But I am also realizing it's still chilly and wearing a sweater...

Swouncing

Poking my head in the midst of all the running errands for shabbat, because I won't have any internet access tomorrow, and according to Raq "If the Apocalypse Comes, Beep Me" Mar 20, 2005 11:43:42 pm PST Saturday, the 20th, will be Mallory's birthday, so I wanted to send the big boy and Raq and all their family lots of early wishes.

Short Fridays and great weekends to all!

::waves to Nilly::

It's going to be a lovely Spring day today and work is going to ruin it for me. We have been ordered to show up at a lunch for first year students, and been given talking points, in the hope that we the faculty can convince them not to transfer and take their tuition money elsewhere. It's assigned seating, so there is almost no chance I'll have someone to snark with. Boo.

Tomorrow is also the birthday of one of my bestest friends, so I approve of Mallory's choice of day to be born.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Not much snow fell overnight, but the prediction is 8-12 inches today. It is the Friday before Spring Break for CJ. Do I send him to school? For the moment schools are open but if the snow comes in as expected, I can see them sending the kids home early. What to do...what to do.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Happy birthday, big boy Mal!

Ugh. Must prod myself into motion; just don't wanna. Matilda is snoring away in the other room. She's unbelievably loud.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Another night of bad sleeping, at least partly due to the fact that my contract will likely end 4/15, which is scary.

I'm awake! I'm wearing my new Liberty men's shirt, this one: [link] And low-slung black pants, and somehow feel oddly like Madonna (i.e. here: [link] though of course my bra is not showing and I am not wearing satin.)
