Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Another night of bad sleeping, at least partly due to the fact that my contract will likely end 4/15, which is scary.

I'm awake! I'm wearing my new Liberty men's shirt, this one: [link] And low-slung black pants, and somehow feel oddly like Madonna (i.e. here: [link] though of course my bra is not showing and I am not wearing satin.)

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Happy Birthday Mal!

I did not go to work yesterday because I was sick, sick , sick. I am here today but am wishing I wasn't.

I swear, when I was younger, being sick mostly was a stuffy nose, none of this "general malaise" and /of just feeling like crap. I also have a cough.

This LOLcat has a point about laundry: [link]

flea, yesterday in the park we met three siblings: Mossimo, Eleanor and Leo. I wondered what had happened between Mossimo and Eleanor to make them go from unusual to traditional.

Mossimo just says Target to me, which is too bad...

In today's Ellen news, that Constance who wants to go to the prom with her girlfriend is a really sweet girl, and good for her for doing all this press, because clearly it kind of freaks her out. Also, Taye Diggs continues to be adorable, and they call their baby (among other things) "Swirl" because he's a chocolate/vanilla swirl. Heh.

Possibly this is what happened.

Were they Italian-speaking? Googling tells me that some websites consider the name Mossimo to be Australian, which is weird. Also I found this site: [link] which states: "Names with similar statistics to Mossimo: Spock, Carrot, Bungle, Rodolfo..." WTF? But I love those names for a bizarro sibling set.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Happy Birthday, Big Bird!

Celebrating Big Bird’s (41st) Sixth Birthday

Big Bird is always six.

The costume itself is partially assembled by American & Fancy Feather. Because 90% of the feathers selected for the costume are rejected, the company’s owner, Anthony Trento, says Big Bird is his toughest customer.

They were, as far as I could tell, mutt Americans, but Dad wasn't there, and I didn't get a last name. Mom was Laura.

Of course, my kid's name is Greek and we aren't, so.
