The status is NOT quo.

Because it's not the gays that the government hates. It's the recently marrieds?

Yes. And short people. Bigots.

The forms confused the heck out of me regarding K-Bug. She is a college student living on campus, so I'm not supposed to include her in #1. But I'm supposed to include anyone staying in the house as of April 1st, and she will be here for spring break on April 1st. I included her.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Feh. I just realized I made a stupid assed mistake at work today and sent a very early draft of something instead of the finished product. I may have corrected it before anyone read the thing I sent first, but I still had to admit I made it in order to correct.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

The last ep I watched was the one where they introduced NB's character, which made me even more sad for him.

I swear, my first thought on that was "poor Garcia!". But yeah. It's been nice to see him in something, and he's gotten a lot more natural since that first ep, so I guess I was reading into that that things were okay. Silly.

Today I wore sandals and a light sweater. I just looked at the forecast for tonight/tomorrow and they are predicting 1-3 inches of snow overnight with another 5-9 inches tomorrow. Yowza!!! Nothing is coming down yet. Hopefully they are wrong like a wrong thing that is wrong.

Now it's the one with Frankie Muniz, which makes me hide behind the computer screen.

oh, I love this ep. It's so heartbreaking! And I like Prentiss at the end.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Today I wore sandals and a light sweater.

This is my traditional "Oh come all yee Springness" ensemble. I am optimistic and wear the sandals. But I am also realizing it's still chilly and wearing a sweater...

Poking my head in the midst of all the running errands for shabbat, because I won't have any internet access tomorrow, and according to Raq "If the Apocalypse Comes, Beep Me" Mar 20, 2005 11:43:42 pm PST Saturday, the 20th, will be Mallory's birthday, so I wanted to send the big boy and Raq and all their family lots of early wishes.

Short Fridays and great weekends to all!

::waves to Nilly::

It's going to be a lovely Spring day today and work is going to ruin it for me. We have been ordered to show up at a lunch for first year students, and been given talking points, in the hope that we the faculty can convince them not to transfer and take their tuition money elsewhere. It's assigned seating, so there is almost no chance I'll have someone to snark with. Boo.

Tomorrow is also the birthday of one of my bestest friends, so I approve of Mallory's choice of day to be born.

Not much snow fell overnight, but the prediction is 8-12 inches today. It is the Friday before Spring Break for CJ. Do I send him to school? For the moment schools are open but if the snow comes in as expected, I can see them sending the kids home early. What to do...what to do.
