Wash: Psychic, though? That sounds like something out of science fiction. Zoe: We live in a space ship, dear. Wash: So?

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

My comic book store is matching donations. I should wander by there today.

I'm a 12/14 right now. I'd like to be a 10, but more than my size is the way I feel, and right now I don't feel so good. I really need to find another physical activity that I enjoy since I'm not dancing any more.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Among the many reasons I'm looking forward to having a newborn again is that while I was breastfeeing, I could eat whatever I wanted and I lost a TON of weight. It was insane and totally unexpected.

I remember some sitcom where a woman was breastfeeding her 4 year old because it kept her weight down.

Because books.

Happy birthday, msbelle! I plan to eat cake in your honor today because I am just that generous.

I'm in the gym...not as much as I could be though...and still have not lost the 15 or so pounds I want to. I'm beginning to think I need another big goal on which to focus my energy.

Walking across America, doing the AIDSRide and, traveling on foot through Britain and Scandinavia really did it for me. As did having a super fit boyfriend. None of those things are on the horizon at the mo...so I need something else. Training to walk the marathon did NOT work, sadly. I hated every minute of is and have a lasting injury/mystery condition to remind me.

Still. I'd really like to be able to wear my size 8s. While I wish that was incentive enough, evidence suggests it is not.

Coding and Sleeping

I'll be fixing my treadmill this weekend. Hopefully it won't take a long time to do. I think the drive belt is worn out, but fortunately I have a spare one from the many unused spare parts I got during the extended warranty time. They'd sent out parts before the person came to fix it, and if they guessed wrong then I just kept the parts.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

After all my "Oh, noes, e-waste!!" it turned out that Burrell's daughter's school is collecting at the end of the month, and now my office building is collecting next week. All after giving to Goodwill.

Still, it's nice to see such action on that front.

I hate the accompanying shenanigans (like leaving my house and spending money) to getting a haircut, but I will be glad to have this mess off my head. 3mm FTW.

My hair has gotten so long, and for the last two days I have not put it up at work and people have commented. If it is straight and not wavy it is to my bra strap.
