I really can't, although this week has been light on the porn so far. I think it's well established that I'm no prude, but I had to look at waaay too many naked people last week.

Couldn't agree with this more. And, she needs to learn you can't "work" like that and keep a job. Now, while she's a student, will be easier to deal with.

Sophia, lots of places I've worked have had a policy that a certain number of no-shows constituted a voluntary quit. Might be worth looking into. Then if she does show up you can just be all "oh, sorry, thought you quit, can't help you."
Yeah, I think these people know what they can get as consultants right now and it is more and also more flexible than here, at least that is what I am hearing. A couple of people I think are considering going back to school for advanced degrees also.
