And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

“Not dead yet!”

In summary, time changes are ridiculous.

Blame Ben Franklin. (I'm remembering that right, aren't I?)

What's Brooklyn doing with Florida weather?

I've already hit TJs, Target and Panera. I did not see any Liberty of London collection, but then, I wasn't looking for it. Forgot razors AGAIN. I'll maybe make another trip out, maybe not.

hip deep in pie

Those pie pops would be great to make with left over scraps of pie crust when I make a real pie. Today's pie is with a crumb crust though.

When I made apple pie at my parents' at Xmas, my mom used the leftover scraps to make turnovers fill with jam. They were awesome.

Because books.

I briefly saw the Liberty print stuff in women's when I was at Target yesterday. I was in a hurry and didn't look for the rest of it, though.

The print I liked the most was on a sundress that would look like ass on me, however.

I wish we had Target. Also, Kiehl's.

I am not sure I can remove myself from the couch again, even with coffee in me. If a large Tim's can't mobilize me, I don't know if there's any hope.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I know erinaceous was excited about the Liberty bedding and stuff -- fabric for projects!

“Not dead yet!”

A friend from from Cali is visiting Seattle this week because her sister is graduating from nursing school, so another friend and I have been invited to the graduation party. I feel a little weird and anxious because it's new people who I don't know in any way. But at least I'm going with my friend as support. And I've bought a bottle of wine as a gift, so I won't have my mother hovering over my shoulder and whispering that I'm a crappy guest.

Stoopit anxiety.
