Liver is a definite ugh here. But I also have a no-organ policy towards meat anyway.

I don't think I've ever had liver, aside from pate. It does seem like I'd just as soon not eat it....Although I'd probably like it, since I seem to like most of everything else.
There's a company called Greendisk that recycles all that for you.
That's what I ended up doing - we have a regular scheduled pickup from them since we go through so much techno-trash. I was just hoping someone could use them first.
I love pate but straight liver is a bit too much for me.
The Disney rep got pissy with him and said, "Sir, there ARE NO lesser characters! They are ALL special!"
I'd have been unable to resist replying "Get a lot of people asking to book Chip & Dale for public events, do you?"
I can't stand beef liver, but I've enjoyed chicken livers since I was a kid. When I was in a Minneapolis Japanese steakhouse and seated with a birthday party, I ordered a grilled chicken liver appetizer to many wrinkled noses and EW!s. Then when the appetizers came out mine smelled so much better than everyone else's that I ended up giving the whole table a sample.
Timelies all!
Liver, ugh. That's one of the few things I hated eating as a kid. Chopped liver, not so bad as fried liver, but there are other things added that probably make the difference.
I have got to get up and moving -- it is gorgeous outside!!
YAY gorgeous outside -- it's supposed to rain here which we always need so I'm okay with.
Liver, no.
Right now we are watching Yo Gabba Gabba and we have granola in the oven. I'm thinking maybe we should go to the big downtown library by train today. Or run our billion errands. I just don't wanna.
Time to go nebulize the whole family.
eta: Steph I sent an email to you.
The orb is out and bright, but it is still in the 30s. Should warm up to 50s, but not yet.
Mac has already tried to sneak stuff wrt to the ds, he will no way make it with this set up.
We are at karate and my fingers are crossed for a smooth re-intro to class.
I took a train to Uptown to get steak and eggs.
I saw Zero Hour a long time ago. What was the 1950s obsession with manliness about? Didn't winning the war prove how manly American men were? Or was it a reaction to '50s man-in-the-flannel-suit conformity?
Even though it's still in the 30s, the sun is bright, and the birds are singing. Almost springlike.
Right now, I'm aheming the latest episode of QI, and I need to hang some pictures. At some point, I'll need to go out and buy a present for yet another niece's birthday party tomorrow.
