I... I like liver. A lot. No one else in my house does, so I don't get to eat it.
I love liver. Even as a kid, I was a huge freak and loved it. Somehow I didn't get the official Kid Memo that I was supposed to hate liver, so I gobbled it up whenever my mom made it.
No onions, though. Ick.
Also, my apple crisp is really good.

My brother loves liver, but my dad was not a fan, so we didn't have it very often. Now, I liver in pate or from geese, sauteed lightly with a tart sauce (fois gras with sour cherry glaze . . .mmmmmm)
