Champagne cocktail - sugar, bitters, champers, lemon twist. I prefer Peychaud's overall, but I like the anise flavor in it.
Our bar has a case of Angostura, and we don't even use it in any of our drinks right now. All the bartenders are eyeing that case for our own nefarious purposes.

Nope. Probably not until the middle of the year. And it's only Angostura, but since that's the only bitters anyone had for a longlong time, it's kind of like losing a piece of history.

Gary Regan's orange bitters is very good. (It's not sweet like a lot of things being sold these days as orange bitters.) Peychaud, of course.
