Gary Regan's orange bitters is very good. (It's not sweet like a lot of things being sold these days as orange bitters.) Peychaud, of course.

You know, I'm so used to police helicopters it is kind of funny. I watch the Wire and am all "man, I see why the city gets tetchy about the portrayal, it's not like that al the tine" and then ...police helicopters in the hood again. And really, I don't feel particularly alarmed.
