I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

HEY! What about me?

You too! As -t notes, it's a fun place. There's also a good sushi joint just down the street, IIRC.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I think we did, Teppy? We went somewhere that was pretty empty that night. And to a dirty store. And I bought a gorgeous skirt I still own and get compliments on.

Oh yeah! I used to live in the neghborhood where you bought the skirt, and now I live in the neighborhood with the lesbian bar and dirty store. (Of course, the 2 neighborhoods are next to each other, so it's not like I made a huge uprooting or anything.)

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Huge uprooting? May I remind you that you left an almost monastic existance to go live in SIN? And fun, sexy sin to boot.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

May I remind you that you left an almost monastic existance to go live in SIN?

I live in sin too! I totally covet stuff and neighbors' wives and whatnot.

meara - Mar 04, 2010 9:37:53 am PST #13161 of 30001

Heh. I was about to specify i did not purchase the skirt at the "adult" store.

Juliana that sounds like good times to me! Especially if Smonster came too!

Which brings me to something I was thinking on the other day in re the Gus thing and someone saying how someone could still be a big ol faker. Or teppy being three raccoons in a human suit (...and here I thought furries were the other way around...). How many buffistas regular posters haven't met another buffista?

hwæt

How many buffistas regular posters haven't met another buffista?

I hire someone to play me in real life.

Well, not a huge uprooting *geographically.*

And it was HARD for me to give up living alone after almost 8 years of it, especially to a small, cluttered house full of pets. And 2 closets. In retrospect, it was harder than I thought.

Plus, living together is so NOT nonstop sexytimes. Boy howdy, is it not.

But god, I love it.

Except for the closets. And the bathroom.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

When I was in college, my group of friends would sometimes go to gay clubs when we got tired of dealing with skeezy tourists and just wanted to listen to music and dance.

brillig

What's the difference between a bar and a dive bar?

signed--someone who's never been to a club of any sort and has been in maybe two bars, the first one being while on a date with a preacher.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I've never really been to one, but the Goth clubs were pretty blended, and that's really all I've ever gone to.
