I emailed her for something she has been stalling on, and at the dean's request, copied in the Dean.
She replied to me copying in the Dean and saying "Sorry, Dean, for copying you in on this totally unnecessary email."
But the dean requested the cc, so presumably the dean is also thinking "Fuck you!" Or at least engaging in endless rolling of eyes.
Look at it this way: *you* know the professor just made herself look like an ass. That's got to be satisfying.

Oh, poor mac. But finding out your hypothesis doesn't hold up is a good result! That's hard to internalize, of course, but it's true.

I just got the most snotty reply to an e-mail that I've seen in a while. I'm resisting the urge to forward it around to my coworkers so they can share my general feeling of "Okay, dude, you can bite me."

my boss has been out of the office most of the last two days and it is not work work. Other current employees have been along as has a paid consultant. SO SKETCHY. I wish he would just quit already.
Our standardized testing isn't until late April, but we are already getting flyers home about it. I refuse to do additional prep with mac. Like he needs another thing to be wound-up about.
And it doesn't really matter or count for him as an individual at all at this point. I think outside of Regents test or Exit Exams, the tests themselves only count in terms of sorting kids, otherwise, they don't have any practical application except to look at schoolwide progress.
