I am loving Parks and Rec this season. Community irritates me more than it amuses me, so I stopped watching,
-t is the anti-me in this, apparently. I never laugh at Parks and Rec. But it is true that I watch Community for everyone except Chevy Chase and Joel McHale.

I knew there was a reason I wasn't watching Community.
Other than the tape recorder and the fact that my vision phone is a MacBook, that IS basically how I order my groceries.

At the town depot there are also other pipes—giant pipes that run the length and breadth of the country. This is a clean, efficient way to ship anything from a box of nails to a crane.
If someone buys a new electric car, this is the way it is delivered. The car is wrapped at the factory and dropped into the pipe full of liquid. Large pumps along the pipe keep the liquid flowing. Detectors at the pumping stations make sure there are no blockages and that the goods arrive at the right place.
When the car reaches the town’s main depot, it is lifted from the pipe, unwrapped, and delivered.

Why can't I enter the future this way? I swear my attempts to enter the world of on-line groceries have been more trouble than they're worth.

I like Community, but I guess I usually have movies on Thursdays. And Keith and Rachel take up a lot of viewing time that used to be fiction. Unless it's that O'Donnell guy...West Wing or no, boyfriend's a pompous ass. Of course, KO is not immune to being a pompous ass, but either his humor helps or he's a PAILF. Perkins, I also hate Chevy Chase. Except that he's in rhyming slang now...that's funny.

Now I'm curious. Though I think sliced bread has been replaced in the construction which currently sits: "The best thing since pay at the pump."
