"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

That's what the great Gazoogle tells me.

I love how "Oh, Canada"'s words are so clear in the singing. A country that knows the words to their national anthem, how cool.

There's a French version too!

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

It would be more fun if it were adultry. If I wore one, I would pretend that is what it stood for. But I guess then it would have to be scarlett.

Our wings are not tired.

Can you have underdogs when everyone is a professional in the same league?

I say YES.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

So USA took platinum?

Nora, it's fun, isn't it?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Kidnapped was so much fun. Well, stressful and tense really. But I enjoyed watching it so much. I want more tv like this, please.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I went cross-country skiing in Indiana today. It was the first time I've been x-country skiing in... several decades, and God, I suck at it. My rental ski boots were like shoes (without high sides) so I kept on having my skis turn kinda' sideways.

But I could tell if I did it more, my old rhythm would come back and I'd get better at it.

Hey, the French is the original!

The Gov't webpage, only the english version are listed as the official version. Which totally shocked me. Maybe because the French has never changed. [link]

I know this only because I went to look up the French lyrics, since I know the French mostly phonetically.
